Flexibility

As your business evolves we can flex with you, whether you need a steady broadband connection or require more significant bandwidth for VoIP or if you are located in an area which has Superfast Broadband available, we are confident we can provide the right solution for you.

ADSL Broadband

ADSL is the most widely used broadband technology in the UK, providing a connection from your local telephone exchange to your office through a network of copper wires. The speed of your broadband connection is affected by your distance from the local telephone exchange. The closer you are to the exchange, the higher your speed. This is because the signal can deteriorate as it travels over the copper wires.
If your business does not rely heavily on connecting to the internet and have a small amount of staff then ADSL would be the ideal solution.

FTTC

This is an ideal solution for high speed, day-to-day broadband use. Unlimited data, static IP addresses and more.

FTTC involves running fibre optic cables from the telephone to the street cabinets which then connect to a standard phone line to provide broadband. This is combined with a copper cable from the cabinet to the home or business which uses VDSL or similar technology that can deliver much faster speeds over shorter distances.

Where available, our FTTC low cost fibre business broadband offers up to 80Mbps download speed and up to 20Mbps upload.

Leased Lines

If your business relies on the internet, you can rely on us for Rock-solid internet connection, guaranteed.

A leased line is a dedicated connection between your premises and the local exchange. It is fixed bandwidth and offers identical upload and download speeds and is not subject to contention with other users.

  • A tough, resilient internet connection with guaranteed download and upload speeds
  • No reduction in speeds, up or down, during peak periods or any other time of day
  • And no reduction in speeds, up or down, no matter how many users are on at any one time
  • Fully un-contended line (so you never share the bandwidth with other internet users)
  • 99.9% availability SLA as standard (5 hour fix time)

Flexibility that you just don’t get with broadband

  • You decide upfront what bandwidth you need, and that’s all you pay for
  • Change your bandwidth to suit your demand
  • If your business is more about uploading data, increase upload bandwidth
  • Download more than upload? Then pump up your download bandwidth
  • Choose the resilience option to suit the demands of your business

MPLS

MPLS is a private network connecting businesses across multiple sites, enabling communications that are both secure and superfast.

The most unique feature of MPLS is its use of labels to prioritise certain types of traffic. For example, you may wish to label real-time voice data as ‘priority traffic’, ensuring high quality voice calls.

As well as being compatible with IP, a major advantage of MPLS is that it is fully scalable. The bandwidth can be adjusted at any time to accommodate a growing business.

Key Benefits of MPLS

  • Scalable – simple to add new sites to the VPN
  • UK-wide & global coverage
  • Access speeds from 10Mb to 10Gb
  • ADSL Failover provided on all Ethernet circuits
  • Network Redundancy
  • Ability to prioritise different types of traffic e.g. voice, video
